Dr. T.S. Gopi Rethinaraj

Dr. T.S. Gopi Rethinaraj is a specialist in #energysystems and #nuclearpolicy and has been a consultant for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He conducts research in energy security, climate policy, science, and technology policy.

Dr. Rethinaraj has held faculty and visiting appointments at several institutions such as IISc (India), NUS (Singapore), University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA), Harvard University (USA), University of Tokyo (Japan), and Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan).

Prior to his career in academia, Dr. Rethinaraj was a science journalist with The Indian Express, Mumbai. Besides peer-reviewed academic publications, he has written news op-eds, policy papers, and technical reports for various international organizations and the Government of India.
